Can I place an order wıthout creatıng an account?

Yes, you can place an order as a guest. However, by creating an account, you can save your
shipping and billing addresses, view your order history, and track your current orders.

customer service team via phone. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible. Please
allow up to 24 hours for a response. Enquiries sent on weekends or public holidays will be

What sıze should I order?

You can refer to our Size Chart for general size guidance. If you are between sizes, we
recommend choosing the larger size and having it altered if needed. Alteration services are
available at our stores in Istanbul. You may also contact our customer service team by sharing
your measurements, and we will be happy to assist you in selecting the most suitable size.
